The Scientific Committee of CESP commends the quality of the survey system implemented by the ACPM and its service providers, as well as the ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance fieldwork quality. In particular, it highlights the robustness of the sampling design, the quality of fieldwork monitoring and interviewer training, the performance of the information system ensuring measurement reliability, as well as the continuous innovation approach aimed at optimizing respondents’ experience.
CESP also emphasizes the new layout of the online questionnaire, designed to improve respondents’ experience. This innovation was tested in order to assess its impact on respondent participation and on the study’s results, representing a best practice recommended by CESP.
