Two studies serve as Establishment Surveys: the Home Devices study and the Observatoire des Usages Internet, Téléphonie et Services Mobiles (OUI-TSM) study.

Home Devices

Médiamétrie Home Devices establishment survey is conducted in three phases: recruitment by telephone, the sending of a user guide presenting the equipment, and gathering data from this equipment either by telephone or via the internet. This study plays an important role in measuring television audiences as it provides the extrapolation value for households with a television in France and the theoretical values applied for the daily gathering of data from the Médiamat panel sample. It also contributes to scoping the 126,000 and Observatoire des Usages Internet (OUI) studies.

OUI - TSM

As part of its monitoring of internet audience measurement systems, CESP audits the Observatoire des Usages Internet, Téléphonie et Services Mobiles (OUI-TSM). This observatory provides an establishment survey of Médiamétrie three internet panels which have been merged into an ‘Internet Global’ panel: the Computer Panel which measures internet use from a computer, the Mobile Panel which measures mobile internet use via a smartphone, and the Tablet Panel which measures internet use via a tablet.
