When giving access to the platform, clients benefit from resources directly from the platform including DV University, a certification program with videos and questionnaires giving access to official certification with badges and Pinnacle Support, a comprehensive and intuitive database on everything DV, from campaign set-up to detailed metrics glossary and much more.
In addition, on-boarding include several training sessions with additional documentation sent as leave behinds for the Introduction to the DoubleVerify platform (DV 1O1), the activation of campaigns (for the tag based part, YouTube and social platforms) and the reporting of campaigns, performed by dedicated Account Managers, in French, who are available every week day over the phone and by email for any additional request.

10) What are your standard SLAs? SERVICE HOURS AND COMMITMENT TO AVAILABILITY AND QUALITY OF SERVICE
AdLoox shall make every effort to ensure the continuity of his tracking service throughout the period concerned and
will, with reasonable efforts, ensure continuous service availability of 99%.
The servers of AdLoox are monitored 24 hours a day by ping to detect any anomaly that may occur. In the event of
a fault (relating to hardware or software), AdLoox undertakes to intervene within six (6) hours from Monday to Friday
between 9a.m. and 6p.m., and otherwise within twelve (12) hours.
(ii) SUPPORT SERVICES
Adloox will provide reasonable support in connection with the use of the AdLoox Solution.
AdLoox will provide reasonable support in connection with the integration of the AdLoox Tag on one or more Client
Properties. On or around the MSA Effective Date AdLoox will provide the Client with the AdLoox Tag. Within 15
days of receipt the Client will properly integrate the AdLoox Tag into the Client Properties
Adloox’s Support Services are provided via email from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
(iii) ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE
On the request of Client and in order to meet specific requirements, AdLoox or any third party designated by it under
the conditions of Section 9, may provide additional services such as:
● Adaptive maintenance;
● Perfective maintenance;
● Third-party software maintenance;
● Etc.
These additional services shall be charged according to a specific price list and billed separately following approval
of a quote by Client.
DV dedicated team of account managers, sales engineers, analytics and implementation specialists support their clients every step of the way – from account activation to campaign optimization. They provide in-depth training on the ins and outs of the platform, ensure streamlined operations and make recommendations that foster campaign performance.SLAs vary by client and therefore there are no standard SLAsSLAs are available upon request and specific to each integration

Additionally Moat can also set up restricted logins for publishers and other partners of the agency to directly access the Moat dashboard. Moat can also accommodate custom 3rd party data integrations with DMPs, geo providers, audience verification partners, brand studies, cost data, etc.

Clients can export raw data in CSV files, PPTs, PDFs, images, graphs, charts, creative heat maps. Clients can also pull benchmarks by format, device and media type and set up emailed reports.

Moat can provide URL and domain-level transparency.

Moat Live links can also be created for clients to monitor campaign delivery, creative interactivity, and top level exposure metrics in real-time. Also, the brand and/or agency can set up custom alerts in the Moat UI to receive emails when metrics (including viewability, IVT, and all our metrics) rise, fall, or pass specified thresholds.
